Frequently asked questions
How does the live room work?+
A signed-in host creates a room and shares its link. Guests request to join, and a host or authorized co-host reviews participants, buy-ins and cash-outs. Before finalization, the host reviews the room totals and suggested external transfers.
Do all players need an account?+
The host signs in, while a guest can request to join through the share link without creating an account. A signed-in participant can claim their approved seat and explicitly save a finished room result to their own bankroll.
How is settle-up calculated?+
Each balance is the player's approved cash-out minus approved buy-ins. Balnceo suggests who should pay whom after accounting for amounts already settled outside the product. The host reviews the record; Balnceo does not send money or guarantee the fewest possible transfers.
Can we record an external settlement that remains unpaid?+
Yes. Reviewed external transfers become room-linked debt records at finalization. Payments are then recorded against those debts when the players settle outside Balnceo.
Does it support cash and tournament home games?+
Yes. Cash rooms use approved buy-ins and final cash-outs. In a tournament room, the host assigns the paid places and Balnceo calculates prizes from recorded buy-ins with its built-in payout schedule; the host still reviews and finalizes the result.
Which room limits depend on the plan?+
Free and Individual Pro rooms allow up to 6 players, Host Pro allows up to 12, and Club has no player cap. Settlement-history access, co-host controls and the shared-result watermark also vary by plan; the app shows the applicable limits.
