How to use this poker equity calculator
- Tap the first slot under Your hand and pick a card from the grid.
- Pick your second hole card. The calculator starts running automatically.
- Add up to five board cards (flop, turn, river) to refine the result.
- Choose how many opponents you face — equity drops sharply at multi-way pots.
What the numbers mean
Win is the estimated chance your hand is best at showdown. Tie is the estimated chance the pot is split. Loss is the estimated chance someone else wins. Together they sum to 100%. With one opponent and at most one missing board card, the calculator enumerates every remaining deal; all other cases run 80,000 Monte Carlo deals against randomly dealt opponent hands. Monte Carlo results are estimates, not a promised accuracy.
Equity vs. pot odds
Equity tells you how often you win. Pot odds tell you how much you have to call relative to the pot. A profitable call needs equity ≥ pot odds.
