Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Balnceo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Balnceo is record-keeping and study software for adults who track poker bankrolls or organize private home-game records. The Service lets you log sessions, keep a private room ledger, calculate user-entered balances, and use optional study tools. Balnceo does not host or run live games, accept wagers or deposits, hold funds, process gambling payments, or transfer money between players.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.

4. Free & Paid Plans

Balnceo offers a free plan with core features and paid plans such as Pro, Host Pro, and Club. Available plans and prices are displayed before purchase.

  • Free plan features are available indefinitely at no cost.
  • Each purchase screen displays the subscription title, renewal period, and localized price before you confirm.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • On iOS, subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchases. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Cancellation and refunds follow Apple's policies.
  • On Android, subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. Cancellation and refunds follow Google's policies.
  • Legacy web subscriptions, where present, are managed through Stripe and can be canceled from the billing portal.

5. App License

Balnceo grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Balnceo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local gambling laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
  • Abuse AI features by submitting harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

8. Disclaimer

Balnceo is a tracking and analytics tool, not financial or gambling advice. We are not responsible for gambling losses, incorrect calculations due to user input errors, or decisions made based on AI coaching suggestions. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balnceo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
